1. Service Agreement
- You are purchasing digital marketing services, which may include:

- Google stacking
- Other local SEO or promotional services
- Buy Backlinks
- YouTube Traffic
- Paid Marketing
- Google My Business Reinstatement
- Results may vary depending on competition, industry, and search engine algorithm changes. We do not guarantee #1 rankings or specific traffic numbers unless explicitly stated.
2. Billing & Payments
- All services are billed upfront and in full unless stated otherwise.
- Payment confirms your acceptance of these terms.
- Subscription services will renew automatically unless canceled at least 3 days before the renewal date.
3. Turnaround Time
- Project timelines vary by package. Estimated delivery time is typically 7–30 business days depending on the scope.
- You will be notified of any delays due to missing information or client-side inactivity.
4. Refund Policy
- All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital marketing services and resources allocated upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once work has begun.
- If you believe there was an error in billing or delivery, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for review.
- No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction based on unrealistic expectations or lack of understanding of SEO/traffic processes.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first will result in immediate cancellation of services and may be reported as misuse to the payment provider.
- We are committed to resolving any legitimate concerns promptly. Please reach out at sales@vtraffic.io before disputing a charge.
6. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide necessary access (e.g., GMB login, website URL) in a timely manner.
- Failure to cooperate may delay service delivery and does not qualify for a refund.
7. Liability
- VTraffic.io is not liable for changes in search engine rankings, traffic fluctuations, or account suspensions due to client misuse or non-compliance with platform policies.
